Lorington Cooperative

The Lorington is a charming, member-owned housing cooperative. It is centrally located in the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The historic residence was built in 1909, and the cooperative was established in 1949.

The building has 29 units distributed across three floors; with eight units per floor, along with five units on the ground floor. Amenities include individual storage units, locked bike parking, and shared laundry facilities.

Located right next to beautiful Cal Anderson park and one block from the Capitol Hill light rail station, residents have access to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment and art venues, a public library, and many other conveniences.
